Pickled turnips are a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine - tangy, crunchy, and surprisingly addictive once you try them. We grow the turnips right here on the farm, then pickle them in a classic brine with garlic and pickling spices.
They add a sharp, tangy crunch to sandwiches and wraps, cut through rich flavors when served with grilled meats, and honestly just make everything more interesting. Perfect for Mediterranean-style meals or adding to a charcuterie board when you want something different.
